Principles of Customer Service - Level 2
Great customer service is at the heart of every successful organisation. This course will give you the knowledge and confidence to deliver exceptional service in any setting. You’ll explore what good customer service looks like, understand organisational policies and learn how to communicate effectively with different types of customers. We’ll cover the qualities employers value, how to handle complaints professionally and why building a strong reputation matters. By the end, you’ll have practical skills that make a real difference to customers and to your career.
This course will be taking place between January 12th 2026 and March 23rd 2026 at the Queens Road Adult Learning Centre, however before joining the course, you will need to complete a short assessment to make sure this course is suitable for you.
