Learn how to plan, market and manage your own events.

Love organising get-togethers? Passionate about live events and curious about what goes on behind the scenes? This is for you!
We're excited to offer residents of Waltham Forest and Haringey a unique opportunity to gain valuable skills and experience.
We have seven training spots available, each followed by a week-long paid placement with Mayamada, a creative network that designs and produces events, podcasts and comics inspired by Manga.
During this opportunity, you’ll learn essential skills, including:

You will also get the chance to put your new skills into practise at a number of events which Mayamada are co-ordinating.
Past participants on Mayamada development programmes have loved the experience and it’s really helped to grow their confidence and skill set, as well as broadening their network.
